Shipping Within UAE

• Orders below AED 1000: AED 50.00 shipping charge.
• Orders AED 1000 and above: Free shipping.
• Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 2-3 working days, subject to product availability.
• Multiple Delivery Addresses: You can ship items from the same order to multiple UAE addresses. However, a separate shipping fee will apply for each address.
• Delivery Partner: We use reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Shipping Outside UAE

Order Processing & Tracking

• Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.
• You will also receive a Dispatch Notification Email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
• Orders within Abu Dhabi are usually delivered by our in-house team, while orders for other emirates are handled by our trusted courier partners.
• You can track your order by checking the ‘My Orders’ section in your account or contacting our support team.

Heavy Orders & Special Deliveries

• For large or heavy shipments, additional shipping fees may apply.
• Extra charges may also be applicable for deliveries outside major city limits, including Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Sharjah.
• If any additional charges apply to your order, our team will inform you before dispatch.
