FSOUQ.com is committed to customer satisfaction and offers a fair and transparent return and cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.

  • If the cancellation request is made before dispatch, a full refund including delivery charges will be issued back to the original payment method used.

Return Policy

We accept items for exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. Customers must complete our Return Form and provide images of the item.

  • Items must be UNUSED. Used products will not be replaced under any circumstances.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with price tags, labels, and invoices.

  • Return packages should be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Return Collection Fees

Unopened items within 7 days of delivery:

  • Orders under AED 1000: AED 50 collection fee

  • Orders over AED 1000: AED 50 collection fee

Return & Replacement Due to Manufacturing Defect:

  • Collection within 24-48 hours from feedback.

  • Replacement delivery within 2-3 working days after product evaluation.

  • Valid only for products delivered within UAE. Contact us for terms if outside UAE.

Within 7 Days of Delivery:

  • Collection – AED 50 collection fee

  • Replacement Delivery – AED 50 collection fee

After 7 Days of Delivery:

  • Collection Fee – AED 50 (per item)

  • Delivery Fee – AED 50 (per item)

For Orders Outside UAE:

  • Refund will be provided as an online store credit, minus the return shipping cost.

  • Contact us at sales@fconnect.ae to discuss return terms.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items with damaged packaging.

  • Items returned after 7 days.

  • Items listed as non-returnable.

  • Defective items not covered under manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Consumables that have been used or installed.

  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.

  • Items missing tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, or accessories.

  • Fragile and hygiene-related items.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and evaluated.

  • Orders paid by credit/debit card: Refunds will be credited back to the original card within 15 working days.

  • Store Credit: Refunds may also be issued as store credit, valid for 6 months.

For any technical service or issues, you must bring the product to our service center in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi.
